1. HOW TO BUY IN BYBOLOT.COM?

Explore our site and find the desired product for you. Once you have found it, you will see all the detailed information about the product that the web site offers by clicking on it and you can also add it to your shopping cart.

2. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Bybolot.com accepts the following payment methods:

•          By Bank transfer

•          PayPal

•          Visa (via PayPal, no account needed)

•          Mastercard (via PayPal, no account needed)

•          On request: invoice

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Deliveries usually take between 3 and 5 working days once the order has been approved. This time limit may be extended from 1 to 5 days or longer in the case of customs procedures or certain conditions such as (for information only) geographic distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any government intervention, non-performance by our suppliers, etc… or any other reason ascribable to the logistics operator commissioned with the delivery. Bybolot.com can´t be responsible for the delivery delays. For security reasons you have to sign the delivery form.

4. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY AREAS OF BYBOLOT.COM?

The zone of delivery of these items is restricted to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finnland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA, Canada and Switzerland.  By accepting the order, you confirm that you are a resident of any of these zones. Any other delivery address will automatically cancel your order. 

If you did not find your country on the list just send us an e-mail to: [email protected] and we will arrange shipping to desired location.

Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Bolot is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

5. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?

For inquiries on items that are not available online, please contact us through email at [email protected]. When you make order for some item on request, it is automatically personalized order that you can´t return.

6. HOW CAN I RETURN?

Any item purchased at Bolot online Store which is not of complete customer’s satisfaction can be returned within 15 calendar days from the day listed on the purchase receipt. Sorry, but we don’t currently cover the cost of return shipping.

7. HOW TO EXCHANGE?

If you want to replace the item for a different size you need to place a new order.

8. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

In the event of your cancellation of the agreement and prior to order processing, Bolot will refund the entire amount paid by you, including delivery costs, as applicable. If the ordered items are already transferred to the carrier the price of ordered items will be reimbursed.

9. WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TAX & DUTY?

For deliveries outside EU we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that, any outstanding import duties and taxes or any other fees will be borne by the customer on delivery of the order.

The custom duties and import taxes are set by the custom authorities of the customer’s country. Thus, the customer might be requested to provide additional information by the custom authorities. Please check the applicable rules on your local custom authority’s website.

In case the ordered items are returned due to the failure of the customer to pay the import tax a 25% service fee will be charged on processing the order.

We take no responsibility for delays incurred at the customs of the customer’s country. Bolot e.U isn’t responsible for any activities such as missing packages, lost tracking with a shipping carrier or abandoned by customs.
