Returns

Any item purchased at Bolot online Store which is not of complete customer’s satisfaction can be returned within 15 calendar days from the day listed on the purchase receipt.

The returns & exchanges shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

Returning items:

  1. Go to the return form on the bottom of this page
  2. Fill out the return form below, including the items you want to return and reason
  3. Submit the return form and pack up the item in the original package including the receipt
  4. Send the package perfectly sealed through your chosen carrier
  5. Upon receipt of the package you will receive a refund in the same form of payment

Please note that: If the returned order does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to receive a refund and we will return the Bolot order products with unpaid postage.

Exchanges

If you want to replace an item for a different size you need to place a new order on our website and return the purchased item (see Returning items).
